Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in alcohol or vinegar. The alcohol or vinegar pulls out the active ingredients in the plant parts, concentrating them as a liquid. Our tinctures are alcohol-free using a unique process.

Taste and effectiveness. We use a proprietary process that uses no alcohol, and produces herbs that are very concentrated, shelf stable and taste very good. Most liquid herbal products are processed with alcohol, which makes many of the constituents in the herb inert and negatively affects taste. Our products are truly natural and do not need preservatives when used at full concentration.

When you place drops of tinctures under the tongue, you are not actually digesting the extract. Rather, it's entering our bloodstream almost immediately to deliver the tincture's potent properties.

All tinctures are formulated to work well even when combined together or mixed with other beverages.
